SHIPPING & RETURNS

KSKYE Be Kind Series

Due to the nature of our Be Kind series (100% of the profits are donated), we can not accept returns unless faulty or misprinted.  All t-shirts are printed on demand generally within 4 days, and are shipped from The USA (NYC), from our warehouse via our ethical printing partner.  Please allow time for international shipping and customs.

Please note, we do not ship paper invoices or packing slips with our domestic parcels; we send them to you digitally after you place your order.  We try our best to use less paper (especially non-recycled paper) wherever we can.  If you do require a paper invoice to be shipped with your parcel, please leave a comment in the comment field when placing your order.  An invoice must be sent with international orders for customs.

All international shipments may be charged a VAT or customs duty fee on arrival.  This is a charge from your Government, not from us.  The fee depends on your country's importing laws.  Some countries have a duty-free threshold, so not all shipments will incur a duty fee.  Please check your Government's customs website to find out more.

Shipping

We offer flat rate shipping worldwide.  We also offer next business day shipping, guaranteed.  Free international shipping for all orders over AU$100, otherwise shipping is $10.00 per order, both domestic and international.  Please note, if you are located in the Northern Hemisphere that our business days are not the same - if you place your order on Friday, this will be Saturday for us, and your order will then be shipped out on Monday (our next business day).

If you choose to pay via PayPal eCheque, we will ship your order once the eCheque has cleared.

We use courier and postal services.



Returns Policy

If for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase decision, simply return your unworn, original condition item, within 7 days after receiving the and we will gladly provide you with a refund or exchange.  Please email aloha@kskyethelabel.com with the return details and we will issue you with a return authorisation.  Please do not send any parcels to us, without notifying us first.  All sales items are final.  No return or exchange on sale items.  The return address:

If you would like to exchange your item and can't see it being available online, please contact aloha@kskyethelabel.com to make sure we have the desired item in stock.

If you are exchanging for a different size or colour of the same style, the exchanged item will not attract additional charges or refunds.  If you change your mind on the style we will refund or charge any difference in price and will also send your exchange back to you, free of charge.  No returns or exchanges on sale items.

If for some reason our quality control missed a manufacturing fault, or if we can't provide the item you ordered; we will gladly provide you with a full refund or free exchange.  Unfortunately, KSKYE the Label can not exchange or refund items that have been worn or are not returned in their original condition.  

Items that are purchased from our stockists, may be returned for a full refund or exchange if the items are returned in their original, unworn condition and are returned in the official KSKYE the Label packaging, within 7 days of purchase.

If you have purchased an item with a manufacturing fault, you may return the item to the stockist with proof of purchase, within 3 months of purchasing; in which the stockist will return the item to KSKYE the Label to assess the fault.  KSKYE the Label will happily repair the fault at no extra charge, issue a full refund; or exchange, if the item has a manufacturing fault. 

If the defect is caused by the customer; no refunds or exchange will be issued.  KSKYE the Label may repair the fault and the customer will be charged accordingly.  KSKYE the Label promises to confirm any repair with the customer, before doing so.

KSKYE the Label does not accept returns, repairs or exchanges if the customer has bought their item from a third party and not from our online store or from our stockists.  This includes eBay, Gumtree, Newspaper classifieds or any third party not selling on behalf of KSKYE the Label. 

KSKYE the Label promises to deal with any returns and repairs, in shortest amount of time possible.
