Directions: take 2 capsules (1/4 tsp) in the morning, and 2 capsules (1/4 tsp) in the evening with food, or as directed. Increase to 3 - 4 capsules (1/2 tsp) in the morning and 3 - 4 capsules in the evening after 2 - 4 weeks.
Pregnant and breastfeeding women: take 1 capsule (1/8 tsp) in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening with food, directly before or after feeding baby. Gauge your body's response before taking the evening capsule. If your body does not react, continue use as normal and increase to 4 capsules daily or as directed. The moss' nutritional effects will cross over to baby if breastfeeding. If a reaction occurs to you or baby, discontinue use immediately.
Children 1 - 3 years: separate the capsule and give 1/3 capsule (160mg) with food/smoothie 3 - 4 times per week, or as directed.
Children 3 - 5 years: separate the capsule and give 1/2 capsule (250mg) with food/smoothie 3 - 4 times per week, or as directed. Increase to 5 times per week after 5 years.
