Take 2 - 4 capsules (1000mg - 2000mg) in the morning and 2 - 4 capsules (1000mg - 2000mg) in the evening, with food, until symptoms disappear + 2 days, or as directed. Best taken at the first sign of illness.

Children 6 mth - 3 years: separate the capsule and give 1/2 capsule twice daily, with food/smoothie until symptoms disappear + 2 days, or as directed. Increase to 1 capsule twice daily after 4 years.
